Leads Clearfield’s design, compliance, and engineering organizations; aligns technical execution with business strategy; manages engineering teams, budgets, capital projects, suppliers, testing, manufacturing technology development, and project portfolios. Establishes engineering standards and best practices, drives process improvements, ensures quality and compliance, and collaborates with product management, marketing, and other functions. The role also provides technical leadership, talent development, and cross-functional strategic guidance.
