Lead HR strategy and operations to align with business goals. Manage recruitment, onboarding, compensation/classification, performance management, employee relations and investigations, timekeeping/payroll accuracy, I-9 compliance, HR metrics and reporting, training, DEI and engagement programs, unemployment claims, and HR systems/process improvements.

Serve as the bridge between stakeholders and engineering to gather requirements, document workflows, create Confluence artifacts, convert requests into actionable work items, support/validate automations, coordinate testing, and maintain a scalable knowledge base and documentation standards.

Ensure facility compliance with state and local cannabis regulations through audits, reporting, inspections, training, SOP maintenance, and remediation. Collaborate with facility management, regulators, and internal teams to document and resolve discrepancies, oversee recalls, produce weekly compliance reports, and support the Director of Compliance in policy implementation and regulatory inquiries.

Manage and maintain LAN/WAN/VPN/wireless infrastructure across multiple sites, secure networks with firewalls and VLANs, troubleshoot Tier 2/3 issues, monitor performance, perform firmware/patch management, document configurations, support site deployments and network projects (SD-WAN, cloud connectivity, automation), and provide vendor coordination and end-user support.
