Leads franchisee and company initiatives focused on profitability, operational efficiency, labor optimization, retention, revenue growth, and expansion. Responsibilities include financial analysis, profitability audits, KPI dashboards, cross-functional project leadership, franchisee support, change management, communications, and new-market evaluation. Partners with Supply Chain, Training, Marketing, HR, Real Estate, and Development teams while conducting significant travel and field work.

Supports distributor and supplier inventory management, product substitutions, order guide accuracy, promotional forecasting, depletion schedules, product transitions, and supply chain systems data integrity. Coordinates cross-functional approvals, monitors outages and corrective actions, and assists with new restaurant openings, opening orders, pre-opening inventory planning, and distribution center support. Requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Coordinates distributor and supplier activity, monitors inventory, maintains order guides, supports product substitutions and promotional tracking, and ensures data accuracy in supply chain systems. Assists with new restaurant openings through order processing and pre-opening inventory planning. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. Occasional visits to local stores are required.

Supports the Guest Loyalty and MarTech teams by assisting guests with app and loyalty account issues, troubleshooting digital platforms, analyzing guest feedback, identifying app and web experience improvements, and summarizing recommendations. The intern also assists with campaign coordination, platform tasks, and ad hoc projects. The role is primarily office-based with occasional visits to local corporate stores.
