Leads complex integrated LNG plant turnaround outages from planning through closure. Develops schedules, coordinates internal and external matrix teams, manages scope changes, risks, costs, safety, and communications, and ensures outage work is completed on schedule and within budget. Provides technical leadership, resolves complex operational issues, integrates projects and maintenance activities, and mentors employees.

Provides principal-level instrumentation and controls expertise for LNG plant systems, supporting design, installation, commissioning, operations, troubleshooting, controls logic, communications, cause-and-effect testing, complex loops, and reliable operation of distributed control, safety, fire and gas, PLC, instrumentation, and alarm management systems.

Manages project engineering activities at the Calcasieu Pass LNG facility, serving as the primary site interface for technical alignment. Responsibilities include owning RFIs and punch-list resolution, validating inspection and test records, reviewing EPC work packs and installation plans, inspecting equipment, supporting walkdowns, and coordinating scope transfers and interface meetings among EPC and owner-furnished-equipment contractors.

Leads procurement strategy and sourcing for mechanical equipment, including static, packaged, and rotating equipment. Manages vendor prequalification, RFPs, bid evaluations, negotiations, frame agreements, purchase orders, and complex contracts. Partners with stakeholders to optimize cost, quality, schedule, and risk while ensuring compliance. Requires extensive procurement expertise, vendor relationship management, reporting, mentoring, and periodic domestic and international travel.

Manages community development and stakeholder relationships across LNG project areas in southwest Louisiana and east Texas. Responsibilities include emergency response planning, cost-sharing obligations, local job and procurement inquiries, community advisory meetings, community-focused initiatives, emergency responder relationships, and public engagement. The role requires extensive industrial development experience, emergency response or industrial safety expertise, strong communication, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Manages shutdown, turnaround, and outage scheduling at an LNG facility. Develops resource-loaded short-, medium-, and long-term schedules; analyzes critical paths, earned value, costs, resources, risks, and schedule variances; maintains baselines; coordinates updates with operations, maintenance, engineering, project teams, contractors, and vendors; and supports planning best practices and continuous improvement.

Partner with business leaders on recruiting, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, succession planning, retention, change management, engagement, and employment compliance. Use HR metrics and people analytics to inform decisions, guide managers through complex issues, and collaborate with HRIS, Total Rewards, and Recruiting teams to support organizational growth.

Project Engineer supporting LNG and petrochemical engineering projects in Houston. Responsibilities include regulatory interface with LDOT and ACOE, reviewing surveyor deliverables, resolving field fit-up and interface issues, providing technical input on RFIs, preparing site engineering reports, and coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and internal disciplines. Requires a civil or structural engineering degree, at least four years of relevant industry experience, proficiency with engineering and design software, and travel below 25%.
