Leads mechanical engineering design and project execution for LNG and cryogenic process facilities. Responsibilities include scope development, cost estimating, equipment and material specifications, schedule development, contractor and third-party oversight, construction support, technical quality assurance, change management, bid evaluations, and value improvement. The role provides single-point technical accountability, ensures compliance with codes and standards, and mentors engineering personnel.

Maintains Workday employee and organizational data accuracy through audits, validation, reconciliation, reporting, and analysis. Supports HR operations across multiple sites by managing new-hire onboarding, HR system data entry, pre-employment screenings, physicals, drug testing, vacation verification, laptop requests, safety orientations, badges, and first-day communications. Coordinates with employees, contractors, vendors, and internal departments while maintaining accurate, confidential, and timely records. Requires strong organization, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and familiarity with ATS and HRIS platforms.

Leads enterprise records management program implementation across business units. Develops file plans, deploys repositories, advises on classification and retention, conducts compliance audits, gathers EDMS requirements, maintains policies and schedules, reports program metrics, and supports information governance, privacy compliance, legal holds, and business continuity initiatives.

Develops and maintains capital project schedules, integrates contractor plans, monitors forecasting accuracy, supports critical path and risk reviews, and communicates schedule insights to project leadership. The role also provides reporting dashboards, graphical execution summaries, decision-support analysis, and forensic schedule analysis for commercial claims. Requires extensive planning and scheduling experience on major oil and gas engineering and construction projects, expert Primavera P6 proficiency, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Support and lead CMMS master data builds, upgrades, migrations, governance, testing, reporting, training, and end-user support. Serve as the SAP PM/MM subject matter expert, ensuring data integrity and effective maintenance processes. Collaborate with maintenance, operations, information management, technical teams, and contractors to validate data, implement system enhancements, and support plant maintenance operations at an LNG facility.

Owns the reference architecture, engineering standards, and technical direction for enterprise AI agents and machine learning systems across cloud and on-premises environments. Designs and implements complex AI platforms, self-hosted LLM solutions, agent architectures, safety guardrails, model governance, and GPU infrastructure. Provides technical mentorship, evaluates emerging tools, partners with data engineering, and serves as the escalation point for complex engineering challenges.

Manage complete implementation of power generation equipment purchase orders, coordinating vendors, EPC engineering teams, design reviews, quality assurance, documentation, testing, commissioning, change management, and turnover. Lead project planning, monthly reviews, equipment installation audits, pre-startup safety reviews, and punch-list activities. The role requires strong electrical or mechanical expertise, power generation project leadership, and frequent domestic and international travel for factory acceptance and customer witness testing.

Manage process engineering support for an LNG liquefaction facility transitioning from EPC to operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting plant process issues, developing process monitoring tools and operating procedures, supporting shutdowns and turnarounds, evaluating equipment economics and reliability, conducting optimization and safety studies, and maintaining process simulation models. The role requires oil and gas experience, strong LNG process knowledge, and expertise with feed gas, pretreatment, liquefaction, refrigeration, storage, loading, and boil-off gas systems.
