Manages project procurement professionals and collaborates with project management, engineering, construction, legal, contractors, and suppliers. The role is based in Houston, requires daily office attendance, occasional overtime, and travel to Louisiana sites and domestic or international suppliers.

Leads enterprise organizational development and talent management programs, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership assessments, and 360 feedback. Partners with HR leaders and executives on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, change management, and talent strategy. Analyzes workforce data, develops executive reporting, administers Workday talent processes, facilitates organizational initiatives, and manages cross-functional projects.

Administers and implements Enablon and other enterprise EHS, quality, and compliance applications across industrial sites. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, configuration, workflow design, data migration, testing, integrations, access management, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, upgrades, documentation, user support, audits, and process optimization. Plans and maintains commissioning and start-up schedules for major LNG capital projects. Oversees contractor planning activities, develops execution plans and scheduling procedures, manages earned value processes, identifies risks, supports claims analysis, and prepares reports, dashboards, and executive communications. Coordinates with project, commissioning, operations, and planning teams while contributing to SIMOPS reviews and schedule optimization.

Manages project cost control for a major LNG project, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, change management, cash flow, accruals, contractor cost reviews, invoice approvals, reporting, and cost-schedule integration. Leads the cost control organization, monitors contractor performance, supports expenditure authorization, administers EcoSys, and communicates cost trends and corrective actions to technical and senior management stakeholders.

Manages complex LNG fabrication and assembly contracts, including drafting, redlining, negotiation, contract administration, change orders, claims, risk management, acceptance, closeout, and compliance. Leads and mentors contract administration staff, collaborates with legal, procurement, project, technical, and commercial teams, maintains contract records, and regularly visits fabrication sites.

Leads scheduling and schedule control for major LNG CAPEX projects from engineering through startup. Maintains integrated Level 1–5 schedules, develops planning and earned value processes, oversees scheduling professionals, reviews contractor schedules, administers Primavera databases, performs forensic schedule analysis, and communicates execution plans to project and executive leadership. Requires extensive LNG, oil and gas engineering and construction scheduling experience, advanced Primavera P6 expertise, and proficiency with Acumen Fuse and related project controls tools.
