Lead post-sale program health for assigned global accounts by establishing objectives, KPIs, governance, and account plans. Drive monthly and quarterly business reviews, identify growth opportunities with sales, manage escalations, support product adoption and change management, and act as internal customer advocate to ensure contractual compliance and continuous program maturation.

Design, develop, and test business rules to allocate logistics invoice costs to client ERPs. Lead discovery workshops, document as-is/to-be processes, perform gap analysis, configure allocation logic, execute unit/integration/UAT testing, validate ERP integrations (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics/NetSuite), analyze invoice data with SQL/Excel, support change management and post-go-live stabilization, and partner with Product/Engineering to prioritize enhancements and maintain rule libraries and documentation.
