Engage customers with demos, deep technical discussions, trials, and solution evangelism. Collaborate with sales and product management to influence roadmap and drive adoption.

Lead technical marketing for API, AI agent, and application security by deploying and testing Akamai products, building PoCs, demos, labs, and attack simulations, creating technical content and enablement, validating messaging, and presenting technical briefings while collaborating with product, engineering, and field teams.

Drive and exceed sales targets for API security solutions by building customer relationships, qualifying opportunities, and maintaining accurate forecasts. Collaborate with Sales Engineers, execute channel-first sales motions, and sell technology into commercial and enterprise accounts. Leverage experience with digital cybersecurity, API Gateway, and cloud providers to navigate complex organizations and consistently meet quotas.

Provide advanced technical support for enterprise customers, diagnose and resolve network security, OS (Linux/Windows) and virtualization issues, deploy software and networking equipment, maintain high customer satisfaction, collaborate with internal teams, and occasionally travel onsite while based in Cambridge, MA or Dallas, TX.

Serve as a technical partner-facing presales lead: build trusted partner relationships, enable partners to resell and service Akamai security products, support channel sales to grow revenue, customize sales plays and use cases, represent partner needs to product/marketing/services, and present technical solutions to diverse audiences.

Lead and execute complex R&D transformation programs across Cloud Technology Group. Manage TPMs, analysts, and trainers to define roadmaps, standardize PDLC/SDLC practices, optimize portfolio management, track engineering productivity metrics, present to executives, drive change management, and scale tooling and operational practices while fostering an inclusive culture.

Design, test, and validate next-generation server hardware and components for performance, power, and reliability. Diagnose and resolve hardware issues across engineering and manufacturing, document results, and develop/maintain test scripts. Collaborate with internal teams and OEM/ODM partners to scale platforms for global deployment.
