Leads and mentors a software engineering team building applications for sales, operations, marketing, and customer experience platforms. This player-coach role includes architecture and design decisions, hands-on coding, Agile delivery, sprint and capacity planning, technical roadmaps, stakeholder collaboration, performance management, and maintaining quality, security, performance, and reliability standards. The manager also supports AI and automation initiatives and develops technical talent.

Develop and maintain quantitative models for forecasting, pricing optimization, and risk assessment. Analyze mortgage business metrics to identify revenue, profitability, and operational improvement opportunities. Build performance measurement frameworks, dashboards, automated reports, and SQL-based analytics workflows. Use Python for statistical analysis, automation, and machine learning workflows. Validate and monitor model performance, recalibrating models as needed, while communicating actionable recommendations to business leaders.

Build and maintain cloud and on-premises infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure-as-code. Integrate DevSecOps practices, manage releases and rollbacks, and establish monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability. Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams while supporting data-management processes and scalable systems across Azure and containerized environments.

Audits post-closing mortgage files for regulatory, disclosure, documentation, insurance, escrow, mortgage insurance, and product-specific compliance. Identifies and corrects errors, follows up on exceptions, tracks trailing documents, reconciles closing conditions and disclosures, and reports findings. Requires at least two years of mortgage post-closing, closing, or investor sales experience, strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and decision-making skills.
