Own a portfolio of SaaS accounts, driving adoption, measurable customer value, retention, and account health. Lead success planning, QBRs, KPI tracking, risk escalation, and coordination of internal technical resources. Partner with Account Executives on renewals and expansion signals without owning commercial negotiations. The role requires executive communication, analytical account management, SaaS customer success experience, and approximately 20% travel to support QBRs, onboarding, account recovery, and strategic planning.

Own end-to-end accounts receivable: invoice processing, high-volume billing, cash application in NetSuite, collections, dispute resolution, reconciliations, SOP documentation, and cross-functional coordination to improve O2C processes and support audits.

Build strategic relationships with wind and solar asset owners, coordinate internal teams, execute customer contracts and proposals, conduct product demonstrations, identify upsell opportunities, maintain Salesforce records, deliver reports, and regularly support customers. The role includes up to 2% travel, occasional evening calls, and a monthly weekend emergency on-call rotation.
