The Senior Technical Growth Architect supports federal capture, proposal efforts, and aligns technical solutions with business growth strategies. This role focuses on developing technical narratives, collaborating across teams, and engaging with customers to ensure successful proposal submissions.

Lead design, build, and operation of secure, scalable cloud platforms. Automate infrastructure with IaC (Terraform), develop reusable CI/CD pipelines, integrate observability and security, support cloud migrations, improve developer experience, mentor engineers, and coordinate with stakeholders and federal clients to meet compliance and ATO requirements.

Design, build, and operationalize scalable AI/ML infrastructure and data pipelines. Implement model lifecycle management (MCP), integrate agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain), manage vector DBs and feature stores, enable HITL workflows, maintain data architectures, mentor junior engineers, and present work internally and externally.

Senior individual contributor responsible for designing, implementing, and operating cloud, multi-cloud, and hybrid network architectures. Troubleshoots and resolves network incidents, produces design documents and diagrams, mentors junior engineers, participates in hiring, and leads small projects to meet scope, schedule, and delivery goals.

Senior network/security engineer responsible for Palo Alto firewall and Panorama administration, proxy engineering, DLP and SCM integration, packet-level troubleshooting (tcpdump/Wireshark), SIEM log correlation (Splunk/ELK), Zero Trust network design, and ensuring IRS/NIST boundary protection compliance. Leads firewall normalization, Panorama 12.x integration with Strata Cloud Manager, and DLP plugin upgrades.

Support and improve cloud infrastructure and CI/CD for government-facing applications: consolidate DevOps tools, build Terraform-managed AWS/Kubernetes (EKS) infrastructure, create automated deployment and test pipelines, integrate security and quality tooling, mentor engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and participate in on-call/devops support rotations.

Lead and mentor engineering teams to design and deliver developer platforms, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and AI-enabled tools. Translate security and compliance (ATO, NIST, RMF) into reusable platform controls, build onboarding and self-service workflows, integrate data and AI solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders on architecture, delivery, and hiring.
