The Software Tools Engineer will install, operate, and administer ClearCase and ClearQuest tools, develop requirements repositories, use JIRA, and have general scripting knowledge.

The Linux Administrator 2 will design architecture, develop solutions, manage Linux instances, and automate processes within a hybrid cloud environment, while mentoring junior team members.

Manage and maintain Microsoft Purview and integrated Microsoft 365 services to implement data governance, classification, DLP, information protection, eDiscovery, and insider risk solutions. Configure roles/permissions, respond to data protection incidents, support audits and risk assessments, and train stakeholders to enforce compliance in a secure federal environment.

Manage and optimize AWS cloud costs through financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and governance. Lead cost evaluations, recommend rightsizing and purchasing strategies, maintain chargeback/tagging models, and use AWS-native and third-party FinOps tools to deliver cost-saving recommendations and stakeholder reporting.

Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise DevSecOps solutions and CI/CD pipelines. Integrate security (SAST/DAST/SCA, container/image scanning, secret detection, fuzz testing) and testing (functional, integration, performance) across the SDLC. Build IaC for hybrid cloud/on-prem environments (Azure/AKS), support ATO/compliance (NIST 800-53, Zero Trust, M-21-31), mentor teams, and drive DevSecOps automation, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.

Design and implement enterprise DevSecOps architectures and CI/CD pipelines with integrated automated security testing and IaC. Ensure cloud-native/hybrid architectures and federal compliance (NIST, FISMA, RMF, Zero Trust), support ATO activities, lead architecture reviews, mentor teams, and assist incident response and vulnerability remediation.

Maintain and sustain Intelligence Community networks: monitor alarms, troubleshoot and resolve network issues, run maintenance routines, activate/deactivate lines, interface with users/vendors, and document actions. Use network analyzers, WAN test equipment, and follow scripts/procedures.

Develop software solutions, analyze user requirements, investigate problems, modify existing software, and improve documentation standards.

Design, implement, and support enterprise cloud network infrastructure across Azure, OCI, and GCP. Manage firewalls, Cisco devices, VPNs, VPCs, and virtual networking; deploy configurations with Terraform (including AWS security groups); enforce STIG/IAVM compliance; monitor performance; provide Level-2/3 troubleshooting and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.

Manage and maintain Linux servers across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP). Perform system updates, patching, automation (Bash/Python, Ansible/Puppet/Chef), monitoring, performance tuning, security hardening (DISA STIGs), backup/recovery, and provide Tier 2/3 support including on-call rotation.
