Support USCIS IT system delivery by building and operationalizing data pipelines and Python-native ML pipelines in cloud environments, perform data engineering, ETL, data labeling/prep, analytics, and advise on security architecture for identity management systems.

Design user-centered Salesforce experiences across Lightning, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud. Conduct user research, create wireframes/prototypes, build design systems, ensure Section 508 accessibility, and collaborate with product, architecture, and development teams to deliver iterative, AI-assisted, scalable interfaces that improve adoption and business processes.
