Owns the Azure cloud product roadmap and technical backlog for federal mission systems. Translates government stakeholder needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria; prioritizes work; coordinates with Azure engineering, architecture, DevOps, and cybersecurity teams; and supports Agile ceremonies.
