Support project cost control and planning by developing and maintaining WBS and RAM, monitoring funding placement, producing cost estimates and time‑phased budgets/EACs, performing performance analysis (including earned value), and preparing monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reports while collaborating with program teams and stakeholders.

Support, configure, and maintain UKG Pro WFM (time, absence, activities); manage pay/work rules and accruals; troubleshoot integrations with Workday and Oracle; develop reports using SQL and UKG tools; ensure compliance, security roles, testing, and documentation while collaborating with HR, Payroll, and Finance.

Perform optical design trades, detailed ray-trace analysis, create and maintain performance error budgets, and support alignment, testing, calibration, and hardware development through delivery.

Lead R&D and technical tasks in advanced communications and signal processing for RF, optical, and quantum links. Drive proposals, strategy, and technical leadership across channel coding, data compression, modulation, receivers, arraying, synchronization, PNT, ranging, and machine learning for space communications.

Perform electrical design reviews and construction inspections, evaluate specifications and power system studies, approve plans, develop and maintain electrical safety compliance documentation, conduct hazard analyses and review contractor safety plans, advise JPL/Federal partners on electrical safety, and support audits and corrective actions.

Consult with business partners to assess organizational needs and design, develop, and deliver modern learning experiences (eLearning, virtual/in-person training, simulations). Lead technical curriculum creation, facilitate workshops, drive change management, evaluate learning outcomes, and maintain continuous improvement for talent development programs.

Perform technical QA/QC reviews of electrical design and construction for facilities projects to ensure compliance with NEC/CEC and JPL standards; evaluate load studies, grounding, lighting, power distribution, constructability, and compatibility with existing infrastructure; produce written review comments in Bluebeam, verify corrections, maintain QA/QC records, participate in design reviews, and support continuous improvement.

Serve as technical lead for pressure system safety and NDT programs: interpret ASME/API codes, train and certify NDT personnel, oversee inspections, approve procedures, liaise with NASA and external agencies, and manage NDT program personnel and standards.

Develop planning, scheduling, resource-allocation, and execution algorithms for autonomous systems. Build search-, constraint-, and optimization-based solvers. Design and implement machine learning and deep-learning systems (including large multimodal models) for remote sensing imagery, model training/inference pipelines, deployment, evaluation, and onboard autonomy.
