Lead development and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), analyze schedule integrity and metrics, validate credibility using DCMA 14-Point, and support cost/schedule integration and change control. Produce schedule reports, identify/mitigate schedule anomalies, support monthly reviews and IBRs, mentor team members, and champion institutional scheduling best practices for flight projects.

Lead and manage the Ethics and Business Conduct Program: advise on complex ethics issues, investigate violations, evaluate conflicts of interest, develop training and policies, coordinate with Legal/HR/Security, maintain records and reports, and use IT tools for data retrieval and analysis.

Support design, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise identity and directory solutions. Manage Active Directory, GPOs, AD migrations, authentication (Kerberos, NTLM, PIV), SSO/ADFS integrations, PKI, and related services. Develop PowerShell/Visual Basic scripts, troubleshoot directory/authentication issues, perform functional testing, document processes, and collaborate with internal teams and developers to capture requirements and deliver IAM solutions.

Perform software quality assurance for mission-critical systems: plan and cost assurance activities, review software across lifecycle, improve processes/tools, apply static analysis and verification, assess risks and security, and explore assurance for AI/LLMs, ASICs, and FPGAs.

Support section business operations including budget development, financial planning, reporting, workforce and facilities administration. Prepare financial analyses and forecasts, maintain websites/databases, develop automated reports/dashboards, collaborate with stakeholders, drive process improvements, and serve as backup to the Section Business Manager.

Manage and oversee the organization's purchasing card (P-Card) program, ensuring compliance with FAR and internal policies. Responsibilities include cardholder administration, transaction monitoring, reconciliation, audit support, reporting, vendor dispute resolution, training, and maximizing rebate opportunities.

Manage the System Safety Office section, leading System Safety Engineers, Pressure Systems and Lifting Devices managers for JPL flight and institutional projects. Oversee hazard analyses, safety data packages, compliance matrices, standards, policies, and documentation; coordinate with NASA and internal organizations, support proposals and budgets, perform independent safety assessments, and drive strategic planning, staffing, and process improvements.

Manage a portfolio of subcontracts from solicitation through closeout for facility management projects. Serve as primary business interface with subcontractors, develop solicitations, negotiate terms and pricing, oversee post-award performance, issue modifications, and ensure compliance with NASA/JPL requirements and FAR guidance.

Manage solicitation, award, negotiation, administration, performance monitoring, modification, and closeout of fixed-price, labor-hour, and cost-type subcontracts. Serve as primary interface with JPL technical teams and suppliers, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality compliance while providing customer service through the total supply chain process.

Manage a portfolio of subcontracts across their lifecycle including solicitation, award, negotiation, modifications, performance oversight, and closeout. Serve as primary business interface with subcontractors, develop solicitations and negotiation strategy, partner with technical counterparts to manage cost, schedule, and quality, and ensure compliance with JPL/NASA requirements and FAR.
