Lead configuration, maintenance, and tenant management for Workday Absence and related modules. Troubleshoot issues, manage change and release processes, ensure data integrity and security, run audits and reporting, migrate changes across environments, coordinate bi-annual releases, and partner with HR and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and roadmap execution.

Lead global strategic sourcing for IT hardware, software and services. Manage RFP/RFQ processes, negotiate complex contracts, analyze procurement data to find cost savings, oversee supplier relationships and performance, ensure policy compliance, and provide oversight of sourcing analysts while partnering with IT, legal, finance and risk teams.

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise AV and collaboration systems (video conferencing, wireless presentation, Crestron/Extron). Provide architecture, standards, troubleshooting, vendor oversight, and technical leadership for complex meeting spaces and platform integrations (Teams, Zoom).
