Vice President, Cybersecurity will define and execute enterprise cybersecurity strategy, oversee security operations, engineering, risk, governance, cloud security, data protection, and resilience programs. The role leads cybersecurity teams, drives modernization and regulatory compliance, manages cyber risks and incident response, advances automation and emerging technology security, and communicates strategy and performance to executives, boards, regulators, and stakeholders. This executive also develops talent, strengthens partnerships, and improves cybersecurity capabilities across hybrid technology environments.

Supports valuation of Fannie Mae’s asset and liability portfolios through fixed-income pricing, cash-flow modeling, market research, financial analysis, stress testing, model validation, data analysis, and regression testing. Executes daily fair-value pricing for loans, securities, debt, and derivatives, communicates market trends with internal and external participants, and translates analytical results into business conclusions. Some weekend and holiday work may be required.

Promote and sell mortgage-related products, technology solutions, and services through targeted outbound campaigns. Conduct high-volume calls to lenders, servicers, and housing partners; engage prospects, communicate product value, generate leads, and drive adoption. Document interactions in CRM systems while meeting call-volume, conversion, and engagement targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Leads multifamily customer network development, partner management, customer relationships, and engagement initiatives. Provides strategic and operational leadership, develops teams, promotes products and affordable financing opportunities, advises executives, and aligns stakeholders around business priorities. Requires secondary mortgage market expertise, relationship management, organizational change leadership, and strong communication and influencing skills.

Lead fixed-income pricing and valuation for Fannie Mae’s loans, securities, debt, and derivatives portfolios. Develop and enhance cash-flow models, pricing methodologies, and valuation techniques; conduct market, scenario, sensitivity, stress-testing, and attribution analyses; interpret model results; and provide guidance to stakeholders and junior staff. The role also involves researching market risk factors, vetting models, supporting internal projects, and delivering daily fair-value pricing. Some weekend and holiday work may be required.

Advise and advance enterprise Third Party Risk Management capabilities, policies, governance, and operating practices. Assess complex third- and fourth-party risks, develop enterprise risk strategies, lead cross-functional initiatives, advise senior leaders, improve governance and analytics, and influence stakeholders across technology, cybersecurity, procurement, legal, resilience, and risk functions.

Manage a team performing theoretical and empirical research in mortgage finance with emphasis on interest rate derivatives valuation, counterparty risk, and hedge accounting. Oversee quantitative analyses, modeling, and programming (Python, SQL, R, SAS, XML); implement validation and testing strategies; interpret model results, monitor performance, assess risks, ensure compliance with policies, and coach team members to communicate technical findings.

Advise multifamily customer network development, partner engagement, and support activities. Build relationships with multifamily owners and DUS lenders, customize financing strategies, coordinate transaction structuring with cross-functional teams, promote Fannie Mae products, and provide operational support and subject matter expertise. Independently manage loan transactions while balancing client needs, credit principles, mission objectives, and deadlines. Some travel is required.

Leads enterprise architecture for data, analytics, AI/ML, and generative AI platforms. Defines architecture strategies, standards, reusable patterns, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps. Oversees architecture reviews addressing scalability, security, resilience, interoperability, cost, technical debt, and build-versus-buy decisions. Advises executives on technology investments, modernization, risk, and regulatory alignment while coordinating cybersecurity, compliance, legal, data governance, platform, business, and product stakeholders.

Develops marketing data strategies, KPI frameworks, governance standards, dashboards, reports, and automated data pipelines. Audits and reconciles multi-source datasets, translates business needs into technical requirements, leads user acceptance testing, and partners with Analytics, IT, and Data Engineering teams. Provides marketing data expertise, documentation, training, and strategic insights on campaign performance, audience behavior, attribution, and personalization.
