Lead multiple mechanical construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Mentor project teams and field supervisors, manage materials, resources, scope changes, and project documentation, and use project management and estimating software to meet financial and performance targets.

Manage procurement activities for busway projects: issue and route material purchase orders, track submittals/shop drawings/shipments, update procurement reports and dashboards, coordinate vendor communications and lead-time updates, produce vendor and estimating reports, and handle cBOM uploads and material transfers.

Lead strategic planning and execution for the finance division: develop and monitor strategic objectives, build and maintain complex financial and operational models, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, produce insights and formal business plans, track progress via balanced scorecard, support enterprise initiatives, and supervise/coaching junior team members while communicating findings to senior leadership.

Serve as senior technical authority for electrical design on large, complex projects (data centers, healthcare, stadiums). Set technical direction, establish standards, lead design and construction support, validate documentation, resolve complex issues, and mentor engineers while interfacing with executives and clients to ensure code-compliant, constructable, high-performance power systems.

Review and assure quality and constructability of mechanical designs for large projects. Perform HVAC load calculations, equipment selection, duct and piping layouts, apply codes (IECC, ICC, ASHRAE, IPC/IMC/IBC), and coordinate design solutions with the team.
