The role includes auditing the current experience, identifying high-value opportunities, designing and prototyping key mobile experiences in Figma, validating hypotheses through research and experimentation, creating reusable design-system patterns, partnering with Product, UX, Marketing, and Engineering, and advancing work into live experiments or implementation. Success is measured through improved comprehension, activation, trust, local engagement, retention, and adoption of reusable design principles.

Own technical administration and production operations across Salesforce, Zuora, Zendesk, HubSpot, and revenue intelligence systems. Responsibilities include automation, billing workflows, helpdesk configuration, data quality, integrations, reporting, release management, AI-assisted development, issue triage, documentation, and cross-training. The role independently investigates problems and delivers tested, documented solutions while escalating architectural decisions to the RevOps Manager.
