Serve as a senior HR business partner handling employee relations, compliance, benefits and leave administration, HR operations, HRIS data integrity, compensation support, and continuous improvement projects. Support preparation of proposals, SOQs, and qualification packages; coordinate deadlines and submission requirements; gather and organize content; draft and edit narratives, resumes, and project descriptions; format and assemble client-ready deliverables; maintain Unanet resumes/project sheets; ensure accuracy and consistency while meeting deadlines.

Manage project cost accounting for a large engineering group: set up and maintain projects in the accounting system, track budgets, prepare monthly client billings and reports, run A/R inquiries, support collections, improve accounting processes, and mentor/coordinate with other project cost accountants and corporate accounting.

Develop, coordinate, and produce structural BIM models and drawings in Revit; implement BIM standards; perform quality control; collaborate with engineers and team leaders; communicate deadlines and project needs; mentor and support BIM practice growth.

Support development of proposals and qualifications through technical writing, editing, proofreading, and RFP interpretation. Coordinate award pursuits, maintain proposal pursuit database, liaise with marketing across offices, and learn firm project/client portfolio. Work collaboratively on concurrent, deadline-driven projects.

The Marketing Proposal Coordinator supports proposal and marketing material preparation, coordinates deadlines, and collaborates with teams to produce client-ready deliverables.
