Lead and grow strategic, regulated-vertical customer accounts for Twilio's messaging, voice, and email services. Develop and execute account strategies, drive revenue and gross profit, run consultative sales cycles, maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, finance, support, and operations to identify expansion opportunities.

Supports Account Executives throughout the sales cycle by coordinating cross-functional requests, preparing pricing and deal structures, creating and amending order forms, managing CPQ quote workflows, researching customer accounts, and maintaining team trackers. The role partners with Deal Desk, Legal, Security, Contracts, Billing, and Pre-Sales teams to ensure accurate paperwork, resolve challenges, and streamline sales operations.

Design end-to-end onboarding and compliance experiences, lead UX research, collaborate with product and engineering, evolve design systems, facilitate team decisions, and drive product strategy and execution.

Lead multi-year product strategy and roadmap for consumption-based billing. Design governance, multi-user approval workflows, role-based security, and enterprise payment integrations. Champion API and developer experience, ensure compliance with global payment/treasury standards, and enable sales teams to manage large, multi-year enterprise agreements.

Lead technical presales for Twilio’s ISV customers by qualifying opportunities, conducting discovery, designing architectures, demonstrating products, developing proofs of concept, responding to RFPs, and delivering technical presentations. Partner with Account Executives, guide customers toward effective API solutions, support complex deals, collaborate with product teams, create reusable enablement materials, and mentor Solutions Engineers.

Lead and coordinate incident response across engineering and cross-functional teams, drive timely incident triage and resolution, communicate status to stakeholders, run post-incident reviews, maintain incident playbooks, and continuously improve incident management processes to minimize customer impact.

Drive architecture, design, and implementation of large-scale software systems. Lead technical strategy, mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, ensure code quality and operational reliability, and guide delivery of complex features and platform improvements.
