Designs and maintains shared engineering infrastructure, internal platforms, backend services, and architectural frameworks. Improves scalability, reliability, observability, fault tolerance, performance, deployment automation, and legacy-system modernization. Analyze campaign and team metrics, troubleshoot data and system issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and ROI. Partner with marketing, product, technical teams, media partners, and vendors to support campaign execution, feature evaluation, workflow improvements, and strategic recommendations. Document procedures, monitor incidents, and apply market intelligence and industry trends to targeting and campaign strategy.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack software across frontend and backend systems. Build scalable, mission-critical platforms supporting seller inventory and marketplace operations. Collaborate on engineering best practices, manage project priorities, solve complex business problems, own initiatives through production, and mentor junior engineers while contributing to product and commercial strategy.

Supports global indirect tax compliance, including U.S. sales and use tax, VAT/GST filings, tax payments, reconciliations, month-end close, audits, notices, and process improvements.
