Owns legal operations, contract lifecycle workflows, agreement triage, records management, legal spend and outside counsel billing. Supports corporate governance, entity management, transactions, litigation claims, document collection, and legal technology administration. Builds dashboards, templates, playbooks, and automation while partnering with Finance, Accounting, People Operations, Compliance, and business teams. This is a hands-on individual contributor role requiring strong corporate paralegal and legal operations experience.

Own full-cycle recruiting for Operations, managing high-volume trades hiring and mid-level operations searches. Partner with hiring managers, run intake, coach interviewers, provide market intelligence, drive process improvements, and contribute to broader recruiting initiatives.

The associate will support strategic planning and M&A initiatives, conduct market research, build financial models, prepare reports, and collaborate across teams.
