Provides first-line on-site and remote IT support, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, operating system, networking, and telephony issues. Installs and configures equipment and software, manages hardware and software inventories and licenses, supports users across the IT infrastructure, coordinates technology projects and upgrades, documents work, and escalates unresolved issues to higher-level support.

Provides confidential, high-level administrative support to the President, including inbox and complex calendar management, domestic and international travel coordination, expense reconciliation, meeting notes, correspondence drafting, document preparation, and ad hoc projects. Requires strong judgment, discretion, organization, communication skills, autonomy, and proficiency with office, scheduling, travel, and expense tools.
