Lead recruiting for operations, commercial, finance and legal roles: source candidates, manage full-cycle hiring, build pipelines, improve processes, partner with hiring teams, and enhance candidate experience.

Manage the general ledger and financial system, lead monthly and quarterly close, perform balance sheet and P&L variance analysis, reconcile daily cash and monthly bank accounts, maintain prepaid and fixed asset schedules, process expenses via Concur, perform cash forecasting, and support tax filings (sales, property, local). Ensure audit-ready work papers and GAAP/SEC compliance.

Design and implement core behavior planning for Level 4 autonomous trucks using behavior trees and hierarchical decision logic.
