Own end-to-end U.S. and international payroll processing, reconciliations, payroll journal entries, and general ledger accounting. Manage benefits deductions, time and attendance data, payroll taxes, audits, year-end reporting, and employee payroll inquiries. Lead vision, architecture, and delivery of Dialpads agentic AI platform. Manage ~130 engineers across multiple teams, drive platform roadmap, reliability, safety, evaluation, and observability. Partner with Product, Research, Design, and executives to align strategy, hire and grow managers and architects, set KPIs and OKRs, and optimize budgets for production-grade multi-agent orchestration and real-time conversational AI systems.

Lead platform-level product design, define patterns and primitives, build AI-first capabilities, ship coded prototypes and production code, evolve the design system, mentor designers, and improve cross-team design practices to scale Dialpad's AI-native product.

Leads and develops a team of Mid-Market Client Account Executives, driving customer expansion, pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, revenue growth, and strategic deal execution. Partners with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Enablement to improve go-to-market performance, influence product direction, optimize sales processes, and build a high-performance culture through coaching and talent development.

Design, build, evaluate, deploy, and stabilize customer-specific AI agents in production. Translate business workflows into technical solutions, implement enterprise integrations, develop evaluation and safety controls, tune performance, lead go-live and hypercare, and document reusable deployment practices. Collaborate with customers, Product, Engineering, and delivery teams to improve agent reliability, operational effectiveness, and measurable business outcomes.

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing Dialpad customers (T-Mobile), develop territory account plans, generate pipeline, meet quarterly revenue goals, and act as a trusted advisor to drive product adoption and customer value.
