Lead design, build, and operate large-scale cloud services powering internet-wide and customer-specific scanning. Implement and maintain services in Python and Go, improve scalability, reliability, and observability, ingest threat intelligence, surface findings into underwriting workflows, diagnose production issues, contribute to architecture and roadmap, and mentor distributed engineering teams.

Partner with engineering, design, claims, data science, and operations to reduce manual work, improve workflow efficiency, and deliver measurable business and customer outcomes across complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Own labeling quality and methodology for ML datasets: define annotation guidelines, establish gold standards and IAA targets, manage Label Studio and vendor BPOs, partner with ML and product teams to design tasks, track label accuracy and operational metrics, and drive improvements including model-assisted labeling and active learning.

Own and grow a quota-based portfolio of VARs and strategic partners to drive adoption and revenue for Coalition's Wirespeed ADR platform. Recruit, enable, and co-sell with partners; build go-to-market plans, run events and webinars, forecast and report via CRM, and develop multi-level partner relationships to accelerate deals and demand.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services (Python/Go) that integrate statistical and machine learning models to automate underwriting decisioning.
