Serves as the primary commercial legal advisor to sales, business development, services, and partner teams. Lead large, complex government enterprise software implementations from planning through go-live and transition. Manage budgets, scope, risks, dependencies, project health, customer relationships, cross-functional teams, and executive communications. Maintain project records and dashboards in Jira and Confluence, oversee go-live readiness, coordinate stakeholders, support proposals and estimates, and drive lessons learned. The role requires managing projects with $1M+ budgets and 12+ month durations, with travel up to 50%.

Lead end-to-end implementations of Accela’s ePermitHub Digital Plan Room for government agencies. Responsibilities include discovery, solution design, Civic Platform configuration, EMSE scripting, integrations, testing, training, go-live, technical escalation, process improvement, customer advisory, presales support, and mentoring junior consultants. The role requires managing multiple implementations independently while collaborating with engineering, product management, project managers, and agency stakeholders.

Owns post-implementation adoption for government SaaS customers during their first six to nine months and beyond. Responsibilities include launching agencies, training staff, monitoring usage and renewal risk, reviewing pre-release features, identifying usability and training issues, feeding customer insights into the product roadmap, and developing enablement materials. The role requires municipal permitting expertise, product adoption experience, usage-data analysis, and 10–20% travel for customer-site training and business reviews.

Leads payments portfolio strategy and growth through market analysis, customer validation, business cases, go-to-market execution, sales enablement, and adoption initiatives. Serves as a payments subject matter expert across providers, gateways, fraud, settlement, reconciliation, compliance, and fintech. Partners with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, customers, and partners to prioritize roadmaps, evaluate build-buy opportunities, apply AI, and deliver measurable revenue and adoption outcomes.
