Oversee daily accounting operations (AP/AR, general ledger, payroll); manage $30M budget; coordinate annual audit; maintain internal controls and GAAP compliance; produce financial reports; lead and train staff.

Apprentices assist AEA stage managers throughout rehearsals, technical rehearsals, production meetings, and understudy rehearsals. They observe show calling and backstage operations, work full-time (5–6 days/week) for specified fall 2026 terms, and must be at least 18. One position seeks bilingual English/Spanish candidates.
