Owns organization-wide compliance frameworks, regulatory monitoring, obligations tracking, audits, authorizations, corrective actions, and readiness activities. Evaluates emerging frameworks for commercial opportunity and leads new offering productization, including business cases, scope, methodology, pricing, staffing, enablement, launch coordination, and portfolio management. The role coordinates cross-functional teams across PMO, delivery, Sales, RFP, Marketing, and Finance while ensuring compliance accuracy, profitability, and timely execution.

Leads revenue growth through sales leadership, direct selling, revenue operations, CRM governance, forecasting, pipeline management, marketing collaboration, and business development. Coaches account executives and SDRs, manages sales methodologies and performance metrics, maintains a personal opportunity pipeline, closes strategic deals, supports demand generation, and develops partner relationships. The role owns revenue strategy, process improvement, reporting accuracy, and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Delivery, and executive leadership.
