Support customers using Lawmatics’ CRM, client intake, and marketing automation platform. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, educating users, recommending solutions, managing support inquiries, documenting issues, collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Account Management, testing features, creating help content, assisting with billing questions, and guiding feature setup and integrations.

Owns inbound and outbound cross-sell opportunities within Lawmatics’ existing customer base of law firms. Responsibilities include running daily product demos, managing the full sales cycle, generating expansion pipeline, closing upsell opportunities, maintaining CRM accuracy, forecasting MRR, partnering with Account Management and Customer Success, and sharing customer and competitive insights with product and go-to-market teams.
