Manage civil engineering projects from planning through construction, including engineering calculations, design, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, staff supervision, client and contractor coordination, and construction drawing development. Train and evaluate project staff, monitor resources and budgets, support business development, and maintain client relationships. The role requires a civil engineering degree, professional engineering license, AutoCAD experience, and relevant project experience.

Designs civil and site development projects, including grading, drainage, utilities, improvement plans, construction drawings, technical specifications, engineering calculations, cost estimates, and supporting documents for public and private projects.
