Lead ARUP's Information Security GRC program: manage risk assessments, policy and compliance (NIST, HIPAA, SOC2, FISMA), audits, SSPs/POA&Ms/SARs, vulnerability management, governance reporting, and train/mentor GRC analysts while partnering across IT and business teams.

Manage enterprise network monitoring tools, alerts, and devices; assist with network helpdesk requests, LAN-to-LAN VPN support, IP changes, hardware installations, and network projects. Review system alerts, coordinate service or escalation, and help maintain network services. The role requires familiarity with networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, network addressing, management protocols, and related infrastructure technologies.

Coordinates new-hire orientation, mandatory education, training courses, employee surveys, learning activities, and engagement programs. Manages presenters, course logistics, rooms, communications, evaluations, and onboarding follow-up. Supports talent development strategies, employee retention, recognition programs, and the Five Pillars Academy while complying with laboratory safety and organizational policies.

Manages complex information technology and enterprise projects from initiation through delivery. Responsibilities include defining scope, developing schedules and work plans, assessing risks, managing budgets and resources, coordinating technical and non-technical stakeholders, evaluating software solutions, tracking deliverables, troubleshooting issues, and presenting status and recommendations to leadership. The role applies PMI methodologies and may support ERP, CRM, LIS, HRIS, automation, database, and web application projects.
