Monitor and analyze IDS, ADS, firewall, and SIEM alerts in a 24/7 SOC environment. Identify and escalate security incidents, support incident response and mitigation activities, communicate threats to technical teams, and assist with countermeasures. The role also requires customer service, detailed analysis, SLA awareness, and recommendations for improving SOC operations.
