The VP of Client Experience (Experiential) will manage key client relationships, drive new opportunities, and integrate data-driven strategy with creative execution in experiential marketing.

Develop and support cross-channel media strategy and planning, collaborate with data science and channel teams, manage client relationships and budgets, oversee campaign execution and measurement, and produce competitive and audience insights to inform media plans.

Own and operate the companys Atlassian and SaaS/identity platforms. Design and maintain Jira Service Management workflows, automation, and SLAs; manage Entra ID and SCIM provisioning; administer Slack, Google Workspace, M365, Jamf, Zoom, and other SaaS; build automations (N8N, scripting, AI) to reduce manual work; manage joiner/mover/leaver processes; partner with Security on access reviews and audit readiness; and write system documentation.
