Full-cycle Account Executive responsible for prospecting, demoing the platform, managing pipeline, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and use sales tech to meet quota while selling retirement solutions to small and medium businesses. Must operate in Eastern Time and be fluent in English and Spanish.

Build and own data platform infrastructure and scalable pipelines (ingestion, orchestration, transformation, delivery). Define governance, observability, and AI-first architecture. Optimize performance, ensure data quality, mentor engineers, and integrate AI-assisted tooling.

Process and verify payroll contribution data for 401(k) plans, ensure timely accurate contributions, reconcile discrepancies, troubleshoot integrations, support cross-functional inquiries, and contribute to process improvements and project work.
