Lead supplier quality activities for aerospace electronics and assemblies: manage supplier qualification and performance, perform audits and source inspections, drive root cause/corrective actions, support nonconformance dispositions, and implement continuous improvement to ensure AS9100/ISO compliance and manufacturability.

Design and support mechanical aspects of phased-array satellite antennas from concept through flight: requirements definition, trades, CAD/FEA, thermal and structural analysis, electronics packaging, manufacturing, testing, qualification, and customer/executive design reviews. Participate in proposals and provide in-orbit support.

Establish RF development processes, conduct architecture and design reviews, contribute to high-risk designs and complex debug, ensure DFM/DFT and manufacturability, partner with supply chain and manufacturing, and grow and mentor a high-performing RF hardware team.

Lead architecture and development of high-speed digital, DSP, and RF products for space and airborne platforms. Provide technical leadership for proposals, feasibility studies, SOW/requirements definition, make-vs-buy decisions, and technology transfers from R&D to production. Mentor cross-functional teams and support customer engagements throughout concept to deployment.

Lead end-to-end design of board-level power converters and power management for space/airborne systems: architecture, schematic and PCB design, modeling, simulation, testing, qualification, production transition, and mentoring junior engineers.

Lead end-to-end architecture of space and airborne ISR RF payloads (radar and RF sensing). Define antenna, RF front-end, digitization, beamforming, and system trade-offs. Drive concept development, support proposals, mentor engineers, and integrate architectures into mission requirements and product roadmaps.

Lead full lifecycle board- and system-level electronics design for advanced RF communication and AESA products. Own digital and mixed-signal hardware design (FPGA, ADC/DAC), PCB layout and SI/PI analysis, power converter design, lab bring-up, EMI/EMC mitigation, design qualification, production delivery, and mentor small hardware teams.

Develop and maintain digital mission models using STK and integrated simulation tools to support multi-discipline design, automate workflows, validate performance, and collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and test teams. Lead tooling interoperability, data pipelines, MBSE practices, and present results at design reviews.
