Lead end-to-end architecture of space and airborne ISR RF payloads (radar, wideband sensing), translating mission goals into antenna, front-end, digitization, and processing designs; drive trade studies, digital beamforming and phased-array concepts, mentor engineers, support proposals, and validate systems.

Define test and qualification requirements, author parts plans and ECOs, evaluate suppliers and screening data, and collaborate with design, reliability, and quality teams to mitigate risk and manage obsolescence for high-volume satellite constellations.

Lead and manage the Systems Engineering team for space and airborne communications systems. Drive requirements definition and decomposition, CONOPS, verification and validation planning, risk assessment, process and methodology development, customer technical interface, resource deployment, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

Lead and scale the company's global import compliance program for aerospace supply chains: develop procedures, ensure HTS classification and tariff mitigation, partner with stakeholders and brokers, support audits, drive duty savings, monitor regulatory changes, and deliver training and continuous improvement.

Develop and scale automated test systems for RF and satellite communications payloads, control lab instrumentation, build reusable frameworks and CI/CD-integrated automation, debug hardware/software integration issues, and design scalable test infrastructure to ensure repeatable system validation.
