Drive process improvement for NPI, manufacturing, and supply chain of aerospace electronic assemblies. Conduct stakeholder interviews, analyze data (SQL), map processes, identify gaps, document and train users, recommend automation and improvements, and collaborate with engineering, program management, and suppliers to industrialize high-reliability production.

Maintain content libraries, ensure brand and legal alignment, and optimize processes for timely execution and audience engagement. Travel up to 10% for events.

Lead definition and execution of advanced satellite communications architectures across RF, digital, firmware, and software domains. Provide end-to-end technical leadership from requirements and design through integration, test, qualification, and delivery. Serve as primary technical customer interface, perform trade studies, guide multidisciplinary teams, shape proposals, and ensure space-grade performance and compliance.

Lead architecture and development of high-speed digital, DSP, and RF communications products for space and terrestrial platforms. Provide technical leadership for proposals, feasibility studies, pre-contract engineering, make-vs-buy decisions, technology evaluations, and transfer of R&D into production while mentoring cross-functional teams.

Lead end-to-end digital and mixed-signal hardware development for space/airborne systems, from concept through schematic, PCB layout, analysis, bring-up, verification, and production. Provide technical leadership of small hardware teams, perform signal/power integrity analysis, run lab validation, and prepare design reviews and requirements.

Lead program execution across concept, development, integration, test, and delivery. Serve as primary customer contact, manage cost/schedule/technical performance, establish baselines, monitor metrics, and mentor program team while developing standard PM processes and a PMO.

Lead full lifecycle board-level electronics design for advanced RF/satellite communication systems. Responsibilities include digital/mixed-signal design, FPGA and ADC/DAC integration, PCB/HDI layout, SI/PI simulation, debugging, lab bring-up, mentoring junior engineers, design reviews, and delivering hardware to production.

Lead end-to-end architecture of space and airborne ISR RF payloads (radar, wideband sensing), translating mission goals into antenna, front-end, digitization, and processing designs; drive trade studies, digital beamforming and phased-array concepts, mentor engineers, support proposals, and validate systems.
