Lead full lifecycle board-level electronics design for advanced RF/satellite communication systems. Responsibilities include digital/mixed-signal design, FPGA and ADC/DAC integration, PCB/HDI layout, SI/PI simulation, debugging, lab bring-up, mentoring junior engineers, design reviews, and delivering hardware to production.

Lead full-cycle B2B sales for space communications products, developing opportunities, collaborating with engineering and R&D, producing quotes/proposals, negotiating contracts, and supporting customer integration of SDRs and RF systems.

Develop and maintain digital mission models using STK and integrated simulation tools to support multi-discipline design, automate workflows, validate performance, and collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and test teams. Lead tooling interoperability, data pipelines, MBSE practices, and present results at design reviews.

Design, simulate, analyze, and support mechanical hardware for satellite and aerospace electronics from concept through qualification. Perform thermal, vibration, shock, EMI/EMC, and FEA analyses; create CAD models and manufacturing documentation; support testing, qualification (MIL-STD-810, DO-160G), cost analysis, and customer/leadership reviews.

Design, verify, test, and deploy FPGA systems for aerospace platforms. Implement HDL-based high-speed serial interfaces, data processing cores, multi-clock domains, and network protocols (OSI Layers 2/3). Perform validation, present design reviews, and contribute to proposals; collaborate on board-level hardware and system-level requirements.

Design, analyze, and implement RF test plans and reusable test architectures; perform RF measurements and automation; manage lab equipment; collaborate on design-for-test, present results to stakeholders, and support proposals and customer reviews.

Design and develop various pneumo-hydraulic and electrohydraulic valves; own requirements, system-level integration, and architecture trades; perform CFD and FEA analyses; develop and execute test programs; generate technical documentation and participate in PDR/CDR; collaborate across mechanical, aerospace, and controls teams to deliver flight-ready hardware.

Lead program execution across concept, development, integration, test, and delivery. Serve as primary customer contact, manage cost/schedule/technical performance, establish baselines, monitor metrics, and mentor program team while developing standard PM processes and a PMO.

Provide dedicated administrative support to senior leadership: manage complex calendars across time zones, coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare agendas and confidential executive materials, complete expense reports, liaise with stakeholders, and proactively remove obstacles to support operational effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.

Lead spacecraft electrical systems design from concept through flight: define architecture, perform trade studies, design avionics hardware, manage manufacturing and test, mitigate EMI, define interfaces, and support in-orbit operations while guiding cross-functional teams and delivering reliable flight hardware.
