Top Tech Jobs & Startup Jobs

Lead end-to-end architecture of space and airborne ISR RF payloads (radar and RF sensing). Define antenna, RF front-end, digitization, beamforming, and system trade-offs. Drive concept development, support proposals, mentor engineers, and integrate architectures into mission requirements and product roadmaps.

Lead full-cycle B2B sales for space communications products, developing opportunities, collaborating with engineering and R&D, producing quotes/proposals, negotiating contracts, and supporting customer integration of SDRs and RF systems.

Lead program performance and execution for space payloads or subsystems, owning cost, schedule, technical performance, customer interactions, risk-based decisions, metrics, and cross-functional coordination across development, integration, test, and delivery.

Design and develop spacecraft power electronics across the full lifecycle: architecture, DC-DC converter design, simulation, PCB layout, verification, integration testing, and manufacturing support.

Lead program performance and day-to-day execution for space hardware components across concept, development, production, integration, test, and delivery. Serve as primary customer contact, manage cost/schedule/technical performance, establish baselines (IMPs/IMS), track metrics, generate estimates, and improve program processes across the Space Payloads portfolio.

Lead marketing, sales, and business development for aerospace RF and AESA products. Perform market analysis, identify and pursue DoD and commercial opportunities, write RFI/RFP responses, develop win strategies, coordinate with engineering on product-market fit, lead customer engagements, and drive top-line revenue growth.

Lead definition and development of next-generation ISR RF payloads for space and airborne platforms. Define end-to-end RF architectures (antenna, front-end, digitization, processing), drive trade studies on performance and SWaP, lead concept development for phased arrays and digital beamforming, support proposals, mentor teams, and represent SME in customer engagements.

Lead mission assurance for aerospace programs: ensure compliance with customer and high-reliability standards across design, manufacturing, integration, and test. Implement and tailor mission assurance and QMS processes, drive risk management, supplier flow-down, nonconformance investigations, and deliver customer-facing documentation and reviews.

Lead program performance and day-to-day execution for space subsystems or payloads. Serve as customer single point of contact, manage cost, schedule, technical performance, risk-based decisions, and program baselines. Create integrated master plans/schedules, WBS, and EVMS inputs; monitor progress and EACs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, support process improvements, mentor staff, and manage multiple government/military customer programs.

Provide hands-on IT support and administration for a Colorado office: deploy and maintain Windows and Ubuntu desktops/servers, manage AD and VMware ESXi, handle user onboarding/support, maintain inventory/licensing, support networking, conferencing A/V, documentation, and ensure compliance with federal IT standards.
