Lead end-to-end architecture of space and airborne ISR RF payloads (radar, wideband sensing), translating mission goals into antenna, front-end, digitization, and processing designs; drive trade studies, digital beamforming and phased-array concepts, mentor engineers, support proposals, and validate systems.

Design, simulate, build, and test high-frequency PCB antennas from concept through in-orbit support. Perform EM simulation, optimization, manufacturing oversight, lab testing, qualification, present design reviews, and support proposals and customer interactions.

Lead definition and execution of satellite communications architectures across RF, digital processing, beamforming, and modems. Provide end-to-end technical leadership from requirements through space-qualified hardware delivery, act as customer technical POC, drive cross-discipline execution, shape proposals, and lead trade studies to balance performance, cost, risk, and schedule.

Own vendor evaluations, failure root-cause analysis, parts plans, ECOs, NSPARs/SCDs, obsolescence mitigation, supplier audits, and cross-functional risk-reduction with design, reliability, and quality teams.

Lead and coordinate high-speed digital and mixed-signal hardware teams to deliver scalable, manufacturable aerospace products. Establish design standards, SI simulation workflows, DFM/DFT practices; participate in architecture reviews, hands-on board designs, complex debug, and production handoffs while building and mentoring engineering staff.

Develop and port embedded Linux applications, device drivers, kernels, and bootloaders; maintain Yocto-based build system and CI/CD; package and deploy software images; perform board bring-up and system integration; collaborate with hardware, firmware, and FPGA teams; participate in design reviews, testing, qualification, documentation, and in-orbit support.
