Design and develop board-level RF electronics and phased-array communication systems through concept, analysis, layout, fabrication, testing, qualification, and in-orbit support. Lead and build the internal communications function: develop strategy, processes, and editorial calendar; manage channels (SharePoint, Teams, email); support executive and change communications; coordinate cross-functional messaging; drive engagement metrics and governance; collaborate with HR, design, and recruiting.
