Drive process improvements for NPI, manufacturing, and supply chain of aerospace electronic assemblies. Perform stakeholder interviews, SQL analyses, create process maps and documentation, identify gaps, train users on dashboards/APIs, and collaborate with software and engineering teams to automate and improve data capture and workflows.

Lead EEE parts selection, qualification, standardization, failure analysis, vendor evaluation, and performance verification for aerospace products. Author parts plans, ECOs, NSPARs, and SCDs; interface with design, reliability, and quality teams; drive obsolescence mitigation and supplier audits.

Lead proposal cost modeling and financial forecasting, develop CERs and cost volumes, track cost/schedule performance, produce forecasts and variance analysis, support audits and DCAA reviews, prepare budgets/EACs/IPMRs, create dashboards and KPIs, and advise leadership on financial risks and program performance.

Lead design and execution of advanced satellite communications architectures across RF, digital, firmware, and software domains. Define system requirements, perform trade studies, drive cross-disciplinary engineering, lead customer technical engagements, support proposals, and ensure delivery of space-qualified hardware.
