Lead selection, qualification, and standardization of high-reliability EEE components for space/aerospace products. Define testing requirements, evaluate supplier data, author parts plans/ECOs/NSPARs/SCDs, perform failure analysis and obsolescence mitigation, and coordinate with design, reliability, and quality teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and roadmap development for component upgrades.
