Responsibilities include schematic and PCB design (Altium), signal and power integrity analysis, FPGA and high-speed interface implementation, lab bring-up and verification, release to production, and mentoring small hardware teams. Lead EEE parts/component selection, qualification, standardization, vendor evaluation, and failure analysis for space/aerospace products. Define test/qualification requirements, author parts plans and ECOs, review screening/test data, prepare NSPARs and SCDs, perform BOM cost and obsolescence analysis, and coordinate with design, reliability, and quality teams to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Design, analyze, and implement RF test plans and reusable test architectures for satellite/aerospace communications. Perform and automate conducted RF measurements, manage lab equipment, guide purchases, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, present results, and support design-for-test and proposals.

Lead and coordinate high-speed digital and mixed-signal hardware teams to deliver scalable, manufacturable aerospace products. Establish design standards, SI simulation workflows, DFM/DFT practices; participate in architecture reviews, hands-on board designs, complex debug, and production handoffs while building and mentoring engineering staff.

Lead development of spacecraft power electronics from architecture and trade studies through detailed circuit design, PCB layout, simulation, verification, integration, production transition, and mentor/lead a small team while driving innovation and qualification testing.

Design, develop, and test liquid rocket engine combustion devices (chambers, pre-burners, igniters). Create CAD models and detailed drawings, define requirements and system integration, support manufacturing (3D-printing, machining, inspection), execute test programs, analyze data, and collaborate across engineering teams to deliver flight-ready hardware.
