Define testing requirements, evaluate supplier data, author parts plans/ECOs/NSPARs/SCDs, perform failure analysis and obsolescence mitigation, and coordinate with design, reliability, and quality teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and roadmap development for component upgrades.

Lead end-to-end architecture of space and airborne ISR RF payloads (radar and RF sensing). Define antenna, RF front-end, digitization, beamforming, and system trade-offs. Drive concept development, support proposals, mentor engineers, and integrate architectures into mission requirements and product roadmaps.
