Lead and develop the Systems Engineering team for space communications products. Define and decompose requirements, CONOPS, V&V planning, risk assessment, customer interface, process development, resource deployment, mentoring, and technical leadership across programs.

Provide hands-on IT support and administration for a Colorado office: deploy and maintain Windows and Ubuntu desktops/servers, manage AD and VMware ESXi, handle user onboarding/support, maintain inventory/licensing, support networking, conferencing A/V, documentation, and ensure compliance with federal IT standards.

Lead enterprise QMS transformation, standardize processes to AS9100/ISO9001, design information architecture for documentation, govern process frameworks, manage projects, drive audit readiness, usability testing, training, and continuous improvement across engineering and support functions.

Lead design and development of space-grade power electronics across the full lifecycle: architecture, detailed circuit design, simulation, PCB layout, verification, integration, production transition, testing, and mentoring. Drive trade studies, reliability analyses, verification plans, and lead a small engineering team to deliver high-reliability converters, inverters, and power systems for spacecraft.

Lead design, development, analysis, and testing of liquid rocket engine hardware and propulsion subsystems. Design parts (gimbals, bellows, pipelines), own requirements and system integration, perform CFD/FEA, develop and run test programs, generate technical documentation, and collaborate with mechanical, aerospace, and controls teams to deliver flight-ready hardware.

Lead spacecraft electrical systems design from concept through flight: define architecture, perform trade studies, design avionics hardware, manage manufacturing and test, mitigate EMI, define interfaces, and support in-orbit operations while guiding cross-functional teams and delivering reliable flight hardware.

Design and develop various pneumo-hydraulic and electrohydraulic valves; own requirements, system-level integration, and architecture trades; perform CFD and FEA analyses; develop and execute test programs; generate technical documentation and participate in PDR/CDR; collaborate across mechanical, aerospace, and controls teams to deliver flight-ready hardware.
