Lead program performance and day-to-day execution for space subsystems or payloads. Serve as customer single point of contact, manage cost, schedule, technical performance, risk-based decisions, and program baselines. Create integrated master plans/schedules, WBS, and EVMS inputs; monitor progress and EACs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, support process improvements, mentor staff, and manage multiple government/military customer programs.

Lead architecture, code review, integration, SIL/HIL testing, operations support, and interface with hardware engineers while ensuring reliability, fault detection/recovery, and release/configuration processes.

Lead end-to-end integration, verification, and test automation for satellite communication payloads. Define requirements, design and execute complex RF test setups, analyze results, debug system issues, manage lab equipment strategy, and mentor junior engineers to ensure traceable verification and product delivery.

Design, verify, test, and deploy FPGA systems (HDL) for space and aerospace platforms. Implement high-speed serial interfaces, DSP and multi-clock-domain cores, perform lab validation and verification, present design reviews, and support proposals.

Design mechanical aspects of phased-array antennas and payloads from concept through flight: requirements, architecture trades, CAD/FEA, electronics packaging, thermal, mechanisms, manufacturing, testing, qualification, reviews, proposals, and in-orbit support.

Design, develop, and port embedded Linux applications, custom device drivers, and libraries. Configure and modify the Linux kernel and boot loaders (U-Boot), maintain Yocto build system in CI/CD, and package/deploy Linux images for embedded hardware. Collaborate cross-functionally on system integration, testing, qualification, documentation, and customer-facing engineering reviews and proposals.

Lead and manage the Systems Engineering department for space communications products. Define and enforce systems engineering processes (requirements, CONOPS, V&V, risk), deploy resources to programs, serve as customer/PM technical contact, mentor and evaluate staff, support proposals, and develop company-wide technical documentation and baseline methodologies.
