Lead design, implement, test, and support flight and mission software for satellites and ground systems. Architect embedded and high-level software, integrate hardware, review code, mentor engineers, and support in-orbit operations and qualification.

Design and develop mechanical hardware for satellite and aerospace products from concept through testing and in-orbit support. Perform CAD design, thermal and structural simulation, FEA, DFM/DFMA, EMI/EMC mitigation, manufacturing coordination, and present design reviews to customers and leadership.

Act as technical POC, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage vendor integrations, and drive complex programs to successful delivery.

Lead end-to-end mechanical design for spaceborne electronics: concept, requirements, detailed CAD, FEA and thermal analysis, manufacturing, testing, qualification, and in-orbit support. Mentor engineers, present designs to customers/executives, and contribute to proposals.

Lead day-to-day execution and performance for satellite/space subsystem or payload programs. Serve as primary customer contact, manage cost/schedule/technical performance, develop integrated master plans and schedules, use metrics for decisions, coordinate subcontractors, and mentor program staff while improving program processes and practices.

Lead design and implementation of embedded software across microcontrollers and Linux SBCs from requirements to production. Develop low-level drivers, BSPs, APIs (including FPGA interfaces), test and validate products, perform code reviews, support qualification and in-orbit customer support, and interface with hardware teams.

Lead development of power system architectures and design high-power DC-DC and AC-DC converters (up to >20 kW). Perform analysis (WCA, FMEA, reliability, power integrity), lead board bring-up, verification, integration, qualification, production release, and mentor a small power-electronics team while developing test plans and supporting manufacturing.

Lead and manage a team of recruiters executing full-cycle hiring for technical and business roles. Partner with hiring managers on role definitions, run structured interviews, deliver offers, support onboarding, track headcount and hiring forecasts, provide market insights, and drive metrics-informed improvements to talent acquisition processes.
