Lead program performance and execution for space payloads or subsystems, owning cost, schedule, technical performance, customer interactions, risk-based decisions, metrics, and cross-functional coordination across development, integration, test, and delivery.

Lead selection, qualification, standardization, and verification of high-reliability EEE parts for space and aerospace systems. Own vendor evaluations, failure root-cause analysis, parts plans, ECOs, NSPARs/SCDs, obsolescence mitigation, supplier audits, and cross-functional risk-reduction with design, reliability, and quality teams.

Lead marketing, sales, and business development for aerospace RF and AESA products.
