Lead Dropbox’s commercial retention and renewals strategy, designing scalable operating models, programs, playbooks, forecasting frameworks, and customer lifecycle initiatives. Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Product, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Engineering to reduce churn, improve adoption, automate workflows, and increase recurring revenue. Analyze customer and renewal performance, influence senior leaders, and guide transformation from strategy through execution.

Own and grow strategic distribution and ecosystem partnerships across AI, hardware, developer, and SaaS ecosystems. Identify opportunities, build business cases and financial models, lead commercial negotiations, manage partnership lifecycle, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue growth while using data and AI-enabled tools to optimize outcomes.

Analyze Talent Acquisition and people data to identify hiring trends, bottlenecks, quality issues, and equity opportunities. Partner with recruiting and business leaders to translate ambiguous questions into rigorous analyses, validate data, monitor metrics, and deliver actionable recommendations. Lead analytics projects end to end while using storytelling, product management, design thinking, and data-driven iteration to improve employee and candidate experiences.

Lead global field and partner marketing to drive Sales-Led Growth (SLG) and partner-sourced pipeline. Own regional GTM strategy, ABM, mid-to-bottom funnel demand, partner co-marketing with AI ecosystems, PLG-to-SLG monetization, sales alignment, events, and scaling a multi-disciplinary global marketing team tied to pipeline outcomes.

Lead strategy and architecture for the enterprise knowledge/context layer powering AI: set standards, control models, connector strategy, and federated operating models. Ensure content is AI-ready, permissions-aware, and measurable for retrieval and grounding. Partner with IT, Engineering, Legal, Privacy, and Security to define eligibility, sensitivity, and lifecycle policies and drive adoption across domains.

Lead and scale Dropbox's enterprise competitive intelligence across multiple products. Build an operating model to collect and analyze competitor activity, win/loss, market shifts, and field signals. Deliver executive briefings, battlecards, alerts, and decision-ready recommendations to Sales, Product, and GTM teams. Own and modernize the win/loss program, partner cross-functionally to improve differentiation and enablement, and use AI and automation to measure and scale program impact.

Own and operate the Workforce Planning operating system: manage planning cycles, governance, executive reporting, enablement, adoption, cross-functional coordination, and delivery tracking to ensure consistent, scalable workforce planning outcomes.

Lead long-term technical strategy and execution across multiple teams, architecting and evolving foundational frontend/backend systems and platforms at massive scale. Drive AI/ML adoption, solve ambiguous, high-impact problems, remain hands-on in critical system design and implementation, and align senior leaders on roadmaps and engineering standards.
