The Factory Service Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean facilities, handling hazardous materials, and performing custodial tasks under little supervision.

Coordinate and manage long-term capital equipment and program schedules across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and suppliers. Drive risk mitigation, oversee equipment qualification, integrate projects for executive visibility, capture decisions and status, and ensure resource alignment to meet production readiness and business objectives.

Support Linux bring-up for avionics boards and contribute to BSPs, bootloader configuration, kernel/device-tree development, and low-level C driver implementation for interfaces like SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet, and SpaceWire. Build simple validation/diagnostic tools in Python or C, participate in cross-functional design reviews, and assist lab and production testing. Must be a U.S. Person eligible for required security clearance.

Lead engineering integration for aircraft modification and sustainment across airframe, systems, flight and electrical domains. Coordinate ECRs, suppliers, certification planning, test/mission assurance, BOEs/EACs, risk mitigation, metrics, and resource planning. Provide technical and integration leadership while working onsite under general direction.

Responsible for enhancing site infrastructure systems, particularly Building Automation Systems, through troubleshooting, programming, and system improvements in an industrial environment.

Lead and maintain the 737 Quality Management System, design operating rhythms, deliver data analysis and dashboards, track business performance, drive integration across functions, establish content/data standards, support executive decision-making, identify improvements, and coach less experienced staff to improve processes and outcomes.

Lead and manage the 787 Quality Management System integration and operating rhythm. Provide data analysis, dashboards, performance metrics, variance analysis, decision support, and cross-functional integration. Design processes, content/data standards, system reviews, and coach junior staff while supporting executive-level reporting and improvement initiatives.

Support production by resolving product/process issues, performing root cause analysis, developing dispositions and interim structural repairs, and implementing product/process improvements. Work hands-on in the factory, participate in design reviews and IPTs, and liaise between engineering and production to ensure design intent and safety are maintained.

Develop analytical solutions and test methods to resolve manufacturing issues, reduce waste and rework, and improve first-time quality. Maintain and qualify laboratory instruments, create and update test methods, train technicians, and keep accurate lab records. Interpret and present laboratory data to M&PE and leadership, support production operations, lead audit preparations, and ensure compliance with company, industry, and regulatory standards.

Lead cost account management and integrated product team activities for spacecraft subsystems. Develop and maintain costs and schedules, perform variance and risk analysis, integrate program plans, coordinate stakeholders and suppliers, and drive delivery of subsystem hardware on-time and within budget.
